HEADS UP DUMBLR. I just made these radical cookies that taste like an orchard of fruit grown from the tears of angels (aka really freaking good). Rather than making you miserable by showing you a picture and not giving you the recipe I figured I’d share it. It’s my moms recipe, hopefully she doesn’t see this and tell me it’s a “SUPER SECRET FAMILY RECIPE” although it’s stupid simple and she’s computer illiterate so I really doubt it. ANYWAY. YOU WILL NEED:
Mix all that crap up, preheat your oven to 350 and bake these bad boys for about 10 minutes. NOTE: when these first come out they’re super moist so sometimes it’s hard to tell if they’re just that, or if they haven’t finished cooking yet. If you’re not sure just give them an extra minute or two but make sure they don’t burn!
FOR FROSTING: I just go out and grab a can of cream cheese frosting and mix orange extract in then toss it on them. I never measure it so just carefully add it until it tastes right to you. I also mixed some of the frosting with lemon extract for half of these and it tasted amazing so you might want to try that too! Also be aware! These can be pretty soft when they first come out of the oven so don’t frost them until they’ve cooled off, otherwise you might smash them.
ENJOY.
